This is a summary of my 24-hour data visualization, which started at 7:00 p.m. on March 15, 2024, and ended at 7:00 p.m. on March 16, 2024, while I was participating in the Ontario University Athletics Men’s Fencing Championship in Ottawa, ON.

This visualization recorded my emotions, social interaction, heart rate, and physical sensations in 15-minute increments throughout the timeline. The goal of the visualization is to use colour, shape, and legend to create a geometric abstraction of the heartbeat that represents the activities that occurred.
